Looking for the Services of an Interior Decorator or Designer?

We offer the e'Design service of fabric and wallpaper selections for your precise requirements, if you provide us with photo’s and a short brief, you will receive a moodboard / concept with our suggestions as well as the relevant samples.

This is at a cost of $250 incl GST. (An allowance of 1 hour for Initial Concept) There after will be quoted based upon scope of works.

For Brisbane based onsite consultations we charge a min of 2 hours at $320 incl GST per hour. This allows for sampling, Travel time and 1 hour onsite. Non Brisbane based Design services - please contact us for a quote.

We have a selection of preferred interior designers and decorators nationwide, to whom we are able to refer you to, depending on location and aesthetic.

This is a select group of professionals with both experience and creativity, whom we have hand-picked and who would love to assist with your requirements, no matter how big or small.

Looking for Upholstery Advice?

We collaborate with both "in-house" upholsterers (for re-upholstery, custom furniture and antique restoration for both Commercial and Residential applications) and we have preferred agreements with nationwide upholstery manufacturers for you. A referral offers reassurance, quality guarantee and a premium service, to you the end consumer.

Looking for Window Dressing Assistance?

Then look no further, the TFE team services Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. Window dressing can be a daunting task as there are so many components to this craft form and there is nothing worse than an ill fitting window treatment!

Here at the Fabric Editors we can offer you the advice and guidance required for a successful installation.

To start: A discussion with ourselves as to what type of window dressing you require i.e. roman blinds, rollerblinds or drapery as well as a discussion of relevant fabric options.We can organise an initial check measure by our workroom on-site at a cost from from $220 Plus GST. (This cost depends on window Qty)

To progress: We can help you select and install with consideration of:

Fabric/Hardware/Headers/Lining and all the relevant components for a successful window treatment.

Your check/measure will then confirm meterage required for ordering of your fabric through ourselves. This will also include a quote for the make up costs.

To conclude:

We will manage the make-up and installation of your selected window treatment.

Looking for Soft Furnishing Advice?

We offer the services of a local Brisbane soft furnishings manufacturer for both cushions (both custom and ready-made) as well as drapery. We can arrange a check measure for you at an additional cost, for drapery.

In addition we offer the service of having your fabric order delivered directly to the relevant supplier in order to meet your custom design requirements and to expedite your order.

Looking for a Wallpaper Installer?

Should you require a wallpaper installer or the calculation thereof, we are more than happy to help!

A floor plan or approximate measurements of the walls (height and width) will allow us to assist you with calculations.

We have access to specialist wallpaper installers throughout Australia.

Our installers specialise in both grass weave and pattern matching, for which we can request a quote to suit your requirements.

We offer the services of custom lampshade making…shipped to anywhere in Australia.

You can find the perfect fabric on our website of course and we can have any shape shade made to size, to suit your home.
